This week, work on allowing yourself to be more childlike and let yourself play! Do some things you love just for joy. Listen to your favourite music and sing at the top of your lungs, spend an hour colouring in, go to the park. Just have fun and you could even move your body while doing so 🙂

This week, try and release the past. It shouldn’t have a hold over you anymore, so let it go. Forgiveness is so healing and can move you out of that place of fear you are stuck in. No matter who or what you need to forgive, be willing and trust that you will reach that place of forgiveness. I know it’s hard and it’s not going to happen overnight but a small step each day of removing the judgement and anger will go a long way. Good luck, you’ve got this! ❤

Sorry it’s been so long since the last reading! But we are back 🙂 This week make a choice to be in charge of your own happiness. It’s as simple as a shift in perception. Look around you and notice the little things in your life you are grateful for. Practice gratitude every single day ❤

These two cards go hand in hand this week. When you get up and move your body, your energy will instantly lift. It doesn’t have to be a marathon or even a 40 minute workout; just find what feels good for you. I know that for me, that would be a 15 minute yoga video or a 5-10 minute workout. Just listen to what your body needs ❤

In order to become more confident, look within yourself. It is already inside you, you just have to unleash it. Stop worrying about what everyone else thinks and just go for it. You can do it! No matter what “it” is. To help you further, call up your friends or family to help keep you on track and give support. This could even be an online community that you turn to for support and encouragement. Have courage and confidence that you can do anything and it will all work out fine! ❤

Is there a relationship in your life that is going through a rough patch? Or maybe a relationship that just needs a little tending to, a little more love? Whatever may be going on for you, don’t let it get you down. It is an opportunity to grow and to heal. The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself so be sure to tend to that one too and look at it and ask if you need to be kinder and more loving to yourself and how you can do that. Accept and love your wonderful self ❤

It is so easy to get caught up in negative conversations and to agree with people who are speaking negatively. However if you concentrate on spreading love to everyone around you, it will be just as easy to stop the gossiping and turn the conversation towards a more positive light ❤

The message for this week is clear. You don’t have to feel pressured to complete/do everything all at once. “Sometimes NO is the most loving response” means that it is okay to turn down an invitation in order to take care of yourself. Maybe you’re feeling a little burned out or just need some time alone. Take it! Also, don’t be afraid to “ask for help”. There are many people you can ask to help you out or look within yourself for answers. I hope you have a wonderful week ❤

Do you feel as if you’re running around trying to get a million things done at once? Slow down! These things can wait. Do one thing at a time and make time for your rest. You’re only going to burn yourself out and then the jobs will be done half-heartedly. In order to give your all, you need to rejuvenate yourself. Have a read of my blog post on self care for some ideas of how to take time for yourself. Don’t beat yourself up for needing some time out; be gentle with yourself. Any time you find yourself doubting, choose to see peace instead. ❤

First card reading of the year! Happy New Year 🙂 So this week, the message is to believe in yourself and build on the relationship you have with yourself. Sometimes we can become frustrated because we feel unsupported by those around us, but you just have to look within and support yourself. That could mean a number of things like taking time out for some self care (I have a great post on this here!) or being your own best friend and allowing yourself time to come to terms with what’s going on for you. Trust your gut. If you have a decision to make about something this week and are having a tough time doing so, trust yourself. Pause and get centered and the answer will come to you. Trust that whatever comes up is what is right for you at this moment. ❤

The message for this week is to confront your fears head on, bring them to the surface and really think about why they are a fear for you and how you can shift from that place of fear to love. When you are seeing from a place of love, all blocks or boundaries that are standing in your way will be dissolved ❤

Be kind to everyone and be mindful of the fact that everyone is working through their own struggles/story. You will find peace through feeling compassion for all. When you slow down and take time to be still, this creates space for you to think clearer and you are then more likely to be successful as your thoughts and actions will be clear ❤

First of all, I’m sorry this is so late and I know we are already half way through the week but I’ve been sleeping off a horrible cold and making room for some self-care. Here’s a little inspiration for today and the rest of this week, I hope it serves you well. Have faith and trust your intuition. Tune into what your mind and body are trying to tell you and welcome it with love. ❤

Any time a negative thought or limiting belief comes up, choose to see it from a place of love rather than fear. Take a deep breath in and release it. Imagine the negativity flowing away from you. This will then allow space for something miraculous to occur in your life. And remember, “The Universe always has your back.” ❤
